Stephen jumped into real estate as a full time profession at the beginning of 1985. By the end of 1987 he had already earned a broker's license, his GRI, RAM and CRS designation and was a top producer in his office; completion of the CRB designation followed in 1990.

Since teaching his first real estate class in 1989 and opening his own real estate brokerage two years later, Stephen's reputation as a premier real estate educator and an innovative broker has grown. That both his brokerage firm and his career as a real estate trainer have ascended so rapidly comes as no surprise to anyone who has seen him at work in either capacity.
